What an amazing experience! From the initial review and quoting process with Emily who was very informative and answered any questions I had all the way through the process with Ali and his team for the installation, everything was outstanding! Ali had called the week before to confirm the date and time, and even came over with some of his team beforehand to shovel snow off the roof so that they could replace it as scheduled! Throughout the process, Ali made sure to check-in and give updates on what they found, including pictures, and was very informative, friendly and professional. The entire team was extremely respectful of the house and property and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. I was recommended to Holencik by a family member and could not be happier that they did throughout the whole process!
I am very pleased with my experience with Holenchik. Ali kept me informed of arrival and updated periodically during the work. He consistently asked if I had questions or concerns. When my roof was complete, he explained the contracted amount and add ons required (which were also explained would be determined during work at initial estimate). All the crew were very polite and my property and neighbor's were all cleaned before they left. They worked to dark on first day and in cold and very windy conditions the next work day. I am very grateful.
The process of residing seemed overwhelming but the Holencik family made it super easy. Emily was so amazing and helpful with showing us different options of colors and types of siding. Dustin and Nathan were terrific with site supervising once the installation began. The install team was wonderful. So nice, concerned and efficient. We could not be happier with our choice of siding installers. Will use again if any other services are needed. 100% recommend.
Every step with Holencik was easy. Anthony our salesman was awesome. Ali and his crew were phenomenal. Roof install went fast and looks amazing. Gutter installation was quick and fast and they also look amazing. Chrissie and Kelsey were extremely helpful when we had to call their office. Top notch company to say the least.
Our appointment with Emily was outstanding . Engaging, informative and professional. Worked with us to educate us on roofing and listened to our needs. Gave us options and suggestions.
