Richard came right out to check a leak in the roof, was able to give me a fair price while he was here and get it scheduled asap. They were able to complete the work even before the estimated date they originally quoted. Scott provided awesome repair work and fixed our issues!
We called Roof Right for a quote on getting a gutter and downspout installed on my wife's potting barn. Roof Right had replaced our roof in 2022 and did a fantastic job, so we wanted to see if they could help us with this little job. Michael came right out the next day and took a look at what we wanted done, and got the estimate to us. We thought the cost was a little high, but that's to be expected today. Besides, it was really going to save us the time, hassle and a whole weekend (or more) of trying to do this ourselves, and we wanted a professional-looking result. We said 'OK!'. Alex Wilhelm, my exterior remodeling specialist, came out to inspect and estimate the roof on our townhouse. Alex was very prompt, even a couple minutes early, very polite and cordial, listened to all of our concerns and explained the things he saw that should be addressed. And once he got up on the roof noticing our gutters had leaves in them he offered a complimentary gutter clean out "while he was up there"!
