I cannot say enough great things about Thunder Bay Roofing. As new homeowners, we discovered roof issues over the holidays. After calling several companies who couldn’t come out until the following week, we reached out to Thunder Bay Roofing based on their excellent reviews. I first contacted them on New Year’s Eve, and one of the owners, Nick was at our house the very next morning — New Year’s Day. Even though it was a holiday, he took his time inspecting the roof and walked me through everything clearly, answering every question I had. When I found out I had to leave town for work shortly after, he made the entire process seamless for me and my fiancée. We never had to worry about a thing. Nick helped us secure financing that fit our budget and provided a detailed, transparent project timeline. He sent reminders leading up to the job, and on installation day his team completed our entire roof in just one day. He even went above and beyond by installing a motorized skylight shade and taking care of a last-minute gutter repair request. On top of all this, he and crew left the job spotless, taking a few extra hours to clean up everything as if they were never there. After such a smooth and stress-free experience, we can confidently say Thunder Bay Roofing has earned our business for as long as we live in the area. Highly recommend!

Re-Siding our house and putting a metal roof on it was a huge decision. We checked out different companies and chose Thunder Bay. Steven Friedman, President and Co-Founder of Thunder Bay, was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. He appreciated it when we asked questions and encouraged them. Our house was an old 1930’s Cape, in very tired condition. We wanted a “cottage” look and that’s what we got! It’s a brand new house! Steven always got right back us immediately if we had a question or concern. He came to the work site often to check on the progress and make sure we were happy. He has different work crews for different parts of the installations, (siding, roofing, metal roofs, etc.) who are experts installers in those particular areas. This made the project go seamlessly. The final payment wasn’t due until Steven, my husband, and myself inspected all of the work and approved it. To check on the metal roof installation he sent up a drone and took pictures. I recommend Thunder Bay whole heartedly. Their honesty, integrity, and open communication made this amazing transformation worry free. I still smile when I pull into our driveway!
