John McClung roofing is definitely a five star operation. After receiving the unfortunate notice from our insurance company that they will no longer insure our roof we had to find a roof replacement. Since we are currently renting out our house in Asheville and live in Pennsylvania, we had to rely on the recommendation of our property manager, Al Sartorelli of Sartorelli Real Estate agency in Asheville. After the job was completed Al inspected the project and said they did a fantastic job. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and the expertise of handling the coordination of removing the solar panels in a timely manner to get the roof done without losing too much sunshine. I would like to give a shout out to Jo Campbell, Roof coordinator, I really appreciate her Professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.

We had an excellent experience with the entire team from beginning to end. Derick took the time to carefully evaluate the project, explain what needed to be done, and provide an estimate that ended up being right on target. Tina and Jo were always courteous, responsive, and very helpful whenever we had questions. Josh managed the project seamlessly, worked closely with us on timing and scheduling, and made sure to walk through everything with us once the work was complete. The crew was professional and respectful, even leaving the yard in better shape than when they started. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would gladly recommend John McClung Roofing to others.

I had six other roofing companies come out and give me estimates to have my roof Completely redone. Michael Steele is who gave me an estimate. He was fantastic. And John Mcclung Roofing offered the best warranties. While still staying in the price range of their competitors. My roof is now reshingled. They got it done in one day. Josh was the crew leader, he was awesome. Very communicative, and very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. They did such an excellent job. Everybody was incredibly helpful, from Cole answering the phone and Jo helping with the paperwork side of things, 10 out of 10 rating.

The whole process of getting a full roof replacement from John McClung Roofing was wonderful. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. They provided detailed documentation, color samples, warrantee info, etc. as promised. The work crew showed up as scheduled, covered the ground with drop clothes to catch nails and debris, and fully cleaned up the entire yard. They even vacuumed out the gutters. Thanks for the great job. Roof looks fantastic.
