All around good experience with this company. John and Tommy worked great being on site and facilitating the crew for anything they needed and making any necessary quality control adjustments. Devin initially met me to walk the new build and quickly turned around an estimate and worked out some final details regarding specs I wanted on the roof. Shingles look nice and flat with sharp straight lines.

I recently had my roof installed by Will and his team from Pisgah Roofing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and results. From the very beginning, Will took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in the process. We enjoyed our meeting with Anastasia today. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything about our roof replacement project. Answered all of our questions based on products and what each product does to protect our roof, warranty and options. Provided the estimated cost and time frame on our project. We don’t usually give reviews but when a company goes from an expected high quality of service and skill to superlative - on workmanship, work ethic, service and courtesy- it would be unfair and a disservice to the community- not to say a few words. Anyone who needs to have a roof replaced should definitely consider Pisgah Roofing and Restoration of WNC. From first contact with David Einzig, who came out, evaluated the condition of the existing roof to John Jarvis, who managed the work crew and of course, to the work crew, we felt very very well taken care of. David advised us that the existing roof was deteriorating but was some time away from needing replacement. I liked that honesty . We opted to move forward because a roof isn’t a problem until it is! The work crew was amazing. They worked steadily from the time they arrived until they had to leave. They spent the first and last part of the day in preparation and clean up. Tarps came out to ensure our shrubbery would be protected, machines came on and the crew roped themselves literally- in to work. John was on site all day with his crew, pitching in on the work and checking in with us as the day went on. From start to finish a rewarding experience.
