I recently had a roof repair done and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew showed up right on time, got straight to work, and finished the entire job in just a few hours. You can tell they really know what they’re doing — no wasted motion, no standing around, just efficient, professional work.
The quality of the repair is outstanding. Everything looks clean and seamless, and they took the time to do it right. The cleanup afterward was just as impressive. When they left, my yard looked exactly the way it did before they arrived — not a single piece of debris left behind.
It’s rare these days to find a team that works this hard, this fast, and with this level of care. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

Be careful and pay attention to all work that is being done by this company. From the time I started with them in November 2024 til the day of the installation which was Jan 27th 2025 for a full roof replacement there was lack of communication, very poor job on the roof and all I was told I have a peace of mind due to I have a warranty. Not a great way to build a trustworthy rapport with customers. They mainly called me in regard to the payment and no resolution on fixing the roof. We also found nails around my carport after the job was done. I mentioned I was left with several indentions in the roof they ignored that and said they was there before the the storm, well that was the entire reason I did the full roof replacement if I knew I would had this type of work done I would have only repaired the area were damaged was done from Hurricane Helene or went with another company which may be a best option if you are seeking roof replacement. I suggest do thorough research and make sure you stay on top of everything because seems like they didn't care about what I wanted done. They didn't provide no resolution basically I got stuck with the same roof with new shingles and they didn't even place barriers in certain areas of the roof. Also, no water or ice shields placed where they should be no drop metal placed as well. Guys they had enough material to fix the indentions that was left on site they took 6 OSBs back with them and some shingles. Thanks for the new shingles job Crosby.

Update: I have called multiple times this week to have the owner Richard to call me and they mentioned yesterday 3/12 that I would receive a call they mentioned that early this week as well. Still no call in regards to this issue 3/13. If you want to work with a company that cares and respects their customers please seek another company.

Here we are in April I have been calling for Richard Crosby to call me and still nothing at all from the owner. The company came out to replace one dry rotted OSB board that I been complaining about since the installation.however there is still waves in the roof. I have more pics to upload soon

Stay away from this company they do not stand for what they pitch to you at all.

Update after speaking with the owner Richard he did explain what I was going on with the roof and the rafters, we came to some sort of an agreement in regards to the issue but nothing was actually done.

I contacted Crosby Roofing following a discovery of leaks in my roof after Hurricane Helene. They were very prompt at sending an assessor out to take a look at the roof. Tom Wilmot was very professional and found damage that an untrained eye would never spot. Mr. Eli, the project manager assigned to our job was extremely professional and got the job started within two weeks of the estimate being accepted by our insurance company. The materials were delivered one day and the roof completed the next day. Every crew member knew their job extremely well and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of everyone at Crosby. If we ever need any other roofing or gutters, we will definitely be calling Crosby! They are head and shoulders above any other contractor I've ever used.

Crosby Roofing did not fail to impress. We lost our roof during hurricane Helene. I received resistance from my insurance company among other obstacles. Through the entire process, Crosby stayed the way a business should stay, professional. I feel Crosby went above and beyond to assist and perform during this difficult time. My roof is beautiful! It changed my home inside and out. The crew who installed my roof was professional and very friendly. Their work was diligent and exceptional.
