Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise careful roofing work and tidy cleanup; one describes a replacement roof and skylight finished in a day and a half, followed by a visit to check the job. One customer, however, said a roof installed about eight years earlier needed replacing along with its wood sheets and attributed the condition to poor workmanship. The same customer also said a window replacement and termite treatment were needed, and repeated requests for Bob to inspect the roof went unanswered.

Hired Southern Roofing about 8yrs ago for a new roof, Here we are now needing to replace the roof and the wood sheets also will have to replace a window and get treatment for termites due to poor workmanship. Prior to getting another roofer to come out and look at this I made several calls to get Bob to come out just to tell me what the problem is. I’ll called and called, finally saw him at a home and approached him. He never called or came by. They are busy getting that hurricane roof replacement money… they are no longer the company they use to be. Not sure if this is the next generation of owners but I would not ever use them again or recommend them. You make your decision on who you will use.
In response to you answer: This was not in reference to the roof I called you for the estimate on. This was a roof that I had installed and paid for my relative. I have called and my relative came into your location several times to get you to come back, but to no avail. She was told so many times you ha no one to send or ok and no one came. I did request an estimate later but thank goodness I went with another company.

Robert came highly recommended by a trusted friend and he did not disapoint.
His knowledge of the roofing business was handed down through his family. He is old school. He knows his craft. His crew arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof, put on the new roof and cleaned up after themselves in a meticulous fashion. Very pleased with the outcome and you will be too!
