When US Roofing replaced our roof in 2017, they delivered an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Esteban Carriazo was our sales representative at the time, and he went above and beyond to help us navigate the insurance process and all the paperwork involved. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and effortless.
The installation crew was respectful, fast, detail-oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. We were especially impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned the work site — our property was left spotless, which speaks volumes about their pride in their work.
You really discover the true character of a company by how they stand behind their work years later. In 2021, while we were in the middle of selling our home, a small roof leak was found during the inspection. We contacted US Roofing, and they responded immediately and resolved the issue the very next day. Their urgency and reliability made a time-sensitive situation so much easier for us.
Just last week, we reached out to them again after noticing what appeared to be a roof leak in our newly purchased home. This is when we had the pleasure of meeting Sebastian Carriazo, Esteban’s father. Even though it was getting dark during his first visit and he couldn’t safely get on the roof, he still took the time to check the attic. Two days later, he drove over an hour to return, climbed onto the roof, and completed a full inspection — only to determine that the issue was not related to the roof at all.
When we asked how much we owed him for nearly four hours of his time, he kindly refused to accept any payment, even when we insisted. His patience, humility, and kindness truly touched us. We felt terrible for the inconvenience, yet he remained gracious and understanding the entire time.
Integrity like this is rare to find. US Roofing has earned not only our trust but our heartfelt gratitude and lifelong recommendation. I don’t write reviews often, but my heart would not allow me to stay silent about a company that consistently shows such honesty, pride in their work, and genuine care for their customers.

Siding replacement, amazing results

The siding on my home was extremely warped due to heat damage that came from our neighbors window. I contacted multiple companies to try to get the siding replaced and they either couldn’t do it, or they could but it would have cost well over $10k. I found U.S. Roofing and met with Sebastian regarding the siding. Within a week, he and the U.S. Roofing team were able to order the exact color of vinyl siding and replace all damaged panels. All within an affordable price. I am very happy with how the replaced siding came out! I highly recommend U.S. Roofing for anyone in need of services for their home at a reasonable price with amazing results!

We recently had our roof replaced by US Roofing (25 Oct 24). We are extremely grateful and satisfied for the excellent Awesome and Amazing job, from start to finish. My experience with US Roofing started two days after Hurricane Helene passed through our area. My wife and I were outside of our residence struggling to pick up my 12ft gate, which was heavily damaged by the hurricane. Mr. Pablo Gomez, who was passing through our neighbor, saw us and, he jumped out of his truck and assisted us with my gate, I thought he was one my neighbors, just being neighborly, but, at that point, I noticed he had a US Roofing sign on his truck. From where we were standing, I asked him to take a quick look at my roof, "which to me looked like a checkerboard with all of the missing shingles along with my broken gate and missing siding". He agreed to do so. I was immediately impressed with Mr. Pablo's knowledge, of roof and General maintenance, so much to the point that I informed him that I had made contact with my Insurance and that in a few days an Insurance Adjuster would be arriving, and I would appreciate it very much if he would be available to go on top of my roof with the Adjuster, in which he willing volunteered to do so. A few days later, Mr. Pablo arrived and accompanied my Insurance Adjuster on top of my roof, and without any doubt, I am sure this was vital to my Adjuster (who was also very impressed with Mr. Pablo's knowledge on roofs), approving for us to have our roof replaced. Mr. Pablo, stayed in touch with me and once we heard back from our insurance company, Mr. Pablo, setup an appointment and introduced my wife and I to Mr. Sebastian. From start to finish Mr. Sebastian was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of roofs/ Insurance and he took the time to explain all the Insurance information/jargon to me, which helped me to understand and make sense of what my insurance allotted for my replacement, repairs and food spoilage. My wife and I felt comfortable and appreciated with Mr. Sebastian/ Mr. Pablo and US Roofing's front office staff and knew immediately we wanted us Roofing to replace our roof and any other damages we had. Mr. Sebastian provided us with a comprehensive, detailed, and generous Roofing package, which included an upgrade to Architectural shingles. Mr. Sebastian/ Mr. Pablo assisted us in matching our shingles to our home, scheduled repairs for our siding/gate and throughout the entire process, they kept us informed of when the materials would be delivered, when the siding would repair, when the roof installation crew would arrive, as well as when I gate would be repaired. Mr. Pablo and the front Office Staff provided me a time the material would be delivered, and reminder the day prior to the installation and crew's arrival. The representative from US Roofing arrived and did a superb job on our siding replacement/repairs in which we were very well satisfied. On the day of roof installation, the crew arrived on time, and they took the Team’s Crew Chief, took the time to explain the entire process. The team took extra precautions to ensure every area around our home was covered with tarps to ensure nothing would be damaged and this also helped make the cleanup process easier. The installation team worked hard, and were very respectful, professional, and did and Awesome and Amazing job from start to finish, to include an excellent clean up and restoration of our property. Throughout the entire process from start to completion, Mr. Pablo and / or Mr. Sebastian provide Excellent Quality Control checks/ expert guidance, always ensuring the job was done to perfection. My wife and I are extremely happy, grateful, and pleased with US Roofing, and we Highly recommend their Expert and Professional Services for roof replacement and all major repairs to anything in your home, gate, fencing, tree removal and much more.
