IRestore STL recently replaced our roof. Kirk Kupsky and Chris Conaway were really good at explaining everything, and how the insurance company payments work. They answered every question we had. When it came to the work the company did, it was top notch. When Craig was bringing the trailer to put the old shingles in, we had a issue getting a vehicle out of the driveway, so he offered to just bring it at a later time, like it wasn't any annoyance or problem. When the roof was replaced, the workers left no trash, no nails, no evidence that they had been there except for a great-looking new roof. When we first called them, we had a leak in our roof and water was coming in through our bathroom ceiling, and Chris came out and made and emergency temporary repair, as well. These guys do a great job. I thought the price of our new roof was very reasonable. They also support veterans.
Chris Conway was good to work with, always answered my questions. The crew replacing my roof tried to work in the dark and the craftsmanship showed. Ridge cap not fully nailed down, used several damaged shingles, damaged my soffit, and the flashing around my chimney looked like amateur hour. I did just say looked like amateur hour. The crew did come back the next day to finish the work. Had them come back later to fix the ridge cap, replace damaged shingles and fix the flashing around the chimney. I did accept the roof and make final payment, but still having to get on my roof and nail down shingles were the nail gun did not. Gutter installation was good

I am a veteran who returned home after years of living overseas. I bought a beautiful home for my family. Last May, torrential weather ripped off at least 20 shingles off my roof. Now, I don't know anything about roofing companies in America. A friend, King, gave me the name of an individual (Chris) who met me at home. From the start, I knew I was going in the right direction. I scheduled an estimate and then met the owner (Kirk). This man was so honest that he sold only the supplies I needed to replace my roof. There were no hidden fees or shady practices, piling extra expenses like in other companies. I knew my home was in good hands. He stayed engaged, calling me to make sure the supplies arrived; he let me know the ETA (estimated time of arrival) by his staff. He took a personal interest in my home and investment. The project began when Mr. (Mike) came out, introduced himself, and gave a complete breakdown of what would happen to my roof on day 1. Mr. Mike came out on the final day as the crew (who were AMAZING, professional, and clean) wrapped up to ensure everything was good to his standards, which impressed me. Lastly, after the job was completed and the workers cleaned the yard of debris and used magnets to ensure nails weren't left behind, Chris returned to do a final walk-around to make sure I was happy with the job, and he also made sure he was pleased. Everyone in this company was dedicated to ensuring (1) the company represented the client based on their comment to provide the best service. (2) investing in the beautification of my home. I genuinely recommend 1Restore!! I have already started talking to my neighbors about acquiring iRestore's services whenever they decide to replace their roofing.
