Amazing company! had a leak in my roof and within 24 hours of calling them they had fixed the leak. super easy to work with and communicate with. The roofers themselves were all polite and professional. Appreciate them getting it resolved before the next rainstorm. Great pricing 10/10 would recommend.

Hi, my name is Bhaskar Srinivasan, and I am writing as a completely satisfied client of Four seasons Roofing. When I first heard that they use "Malarkey" shingles, I could be forgiven for having second thoughts; but far from being a non sensical or meaningless entity, I soon discovered that the company was indeed quite something else given that they had their reputation and name to defend, having won the prestigious "Best in the Pacific Nortwest" award from Seattle Times last year. Besides the Malarkey shingles I found out was ideal for our specific NW damp weather.

I live in a Kirkland, Wa town house where four units share a single roof. When one of my neighbors told me that her roof was leaking and whether I would like to get my roof replaced along with the other units, I was caught flat footed. On the one hand, I felt why fix my roof when it is not broken; on the other hand, the roof was really old, so it was probably for the best for it to get replaced. But I am 76 years old and having suffered congestive heart failure and other medical issues, had difficulty with my finances. Indeed, I was both physically and financially challenged and felt quite inadequate and helpless. I was consequently pleasantly surprised when the company owner and representative Travis and Terry offered to get it done without any effort on my part. It was all going to be turnkey they said and they even promised to help with the funding.

I didn't have to lift a finger and the roofing was soon done - the actual work was about a week -- without my being impaired at all or having to lift a finger. They were professional from start to finish and I am delighted with their great job of tearing down and installing a new roof. They built our roof a few years ago, and the roof still looks amazing and like new, no issues whatsoever. I only ask them to do the maintenance because they are very knowledgeable, skilled and know how to keep the roof in great shape for a long time.
They provided the regular roof maintenance for me a few weeks ago, did an awesome job cleaning it and applying moss treatment. The crew member even came back to wash away all the residue. The roof looks great.
I highly recommend this company, they are extremely responsive, prompt, friendly and affordable. I am a customer for life.
