How very fortunate we were to meet Fredy. He is honest and a hard worker who kept the communication flowing at all points of our project. Fredy and his team worked efficiently to create a high-quality new roof for our home in a short period of time. The crew meticulously cleaned up our property each evening. After the project was completed, Fredy came back to examine it and wanted to fine detail one last aspect to make sure everything was done perfectly. Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Fredy and team did a fantastic job on new asphalt roof & Gutters install + installing a new railing on an aging deck to meet code for the Insurance requirements. We were under a time constraint and Fredy & crew got the job done in 3 days. It looks like a new house. They did what they said they would do, arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after as if they were never there. As an unexpected touch, Fredy sent me drone shots of the work in progress and the finished job. Fredy communicated every step of the process and was proactive on letting me know scheduling and timelines. We are super happy with the professionalism and results. I cannot recommend Waterproof Roofing enough. You could just tell from the very beginning of the bid process that Fredy was an honest hard-working guy who wanted to do a great job for his customer. I really appreciated his effort and would hire him again when I need another project done. They really do have roofing down to a science. They have their own trailer for waste, bring in their own porta potty and manufacture and install the gutters themselves and don't sub anything out. Hard working crew and very professional. This was my first interaction with Fredy and his team and I was very impressed. Not only did his team get the job done well and very quickly, but they were also very helpful and accommodating while navigating the need for me to first remove my solar panels. Furthermore, when the solar company asked to adjust their schedule due to other job cancellations, Fredy and his team flexed as well and came in really and knocked the job out in 3 days!! I’m very happy with the work they did and how accommodating they were. I would recommend them for roof replacement.

I have used Fredy and his crew on three projects; two were for a new roof, gutters and insulation, and the other was for a roof repair. Fredy is very responsive, communicative and does great work. Upon inspecting his work, I have noticed that he uses the best materials to ensure a long lasting roof. No project is too far or too difficult for him. Two of my projects were local and the other was hours away. The picture is of the most recent project completed by Fredy. Other roofers told us they were not able to complete our most recent project because the pitch of the roof is too steep (see picture), but Fredy started the job in days. I highly recommend giving Fredy the opportunity to win your business, you might be pleasantly surprised what a great roofer can do.
