All of my dealings with Zucca Roofiing were positive. All paperwork was formal, complete and handled in a good business manner. Their personnel were professional in their manner and doing their jobs. I was home during all of the work and was impressed with their respect for my property and their crews during the old roof removal of shingles and decking and particularly their attention to detail during the installation of new decking and shingles. No payment was required until the job was completed. I am very satisfied with the finished product, would gladly hire them again and recommend them to anyone with roofing needs. I recently lost a couple shingles off my roof and noticed some at the shingles near the eaves were slipping out of place. Having had a very positive experience with Zucca Roofing a couple years ago with a small repair, I called them to receive a free inspection. Within a couple days of calling them, Chad cane out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. Chad found a couple areas where there were probably leaks around skylights (that I hadn’t noticed from inside the house), numerous soft spots in the decking as he stepped across the roof and minor hail damage on one face of the roof. Chad talked to me about what it would take to repair the roof. Having already had the roof repaired twice for leaks and knowing what those had cost and knowing the age of the roof, I asked him for a quote to remove and replace the old roof. I also requested an option to replace, at a minimum, decking that needed replacing. The old vents were completely clogged and so the Chad recommended replacement, with which I agreed. Within a week, I received an estimate for replacing the roof with upgraded shingles guaranteed for 25 years and the vents with an option for a worst-case replacement of all the decking. The estimate was right in line with what I expected. There was no insurance company involved with this re-roofing because the deductible on my policy would have resulted in minimum reimbursement by the insurance company, particularly since most of the problem was age and not hail or other damage.

The material for the new roof was delivered the day before the old roof was removed. With removal of the shingles, it became obvious that re-decking the entire roof should be done. The removal and re-decking and installation of new shingles took a little over two days. Zucca had two trailers that they used for accumulating the removed material and trash. The yard was cleaned up at the end of each day, basically to the state of the yard before they started except for the trash trailers being there. There were three skylights that were weather tight but had not been properly installed by another contractor 12 years ago. Zucca properly re-installed these sky lights (not so noticeable outside but definitely noticeable inside the house). The workers were dedicated to our project and worked long days. The finished product looks beautiful.

I am very satisfied with all my dealings with Zucca and can easily give them a 5-star rating.

We had the BEST experience using Zucca for our roof and gutters replacement!! The entire team was great to work with! Kenny stepped in when the previous company we tried working with was unprofessional to say the least. He provided excellent insight, details and answered all of our questions and concerns. The process was so long until Zucca stepped in and things moved forward smoothly. The roofers got started and worked hard, completing everything in just a couple of days. They were mindful of our property, friendly with our young girls spying on them through windows and full cleanup afterwards. Gutters were super quick as well, about 4 hours. The team was easy to work with, they made some adjustments to layout/design at our request and made us feel really good about the product we installed. Did a final walkthrough to explain everything and answer any questions we had. They are reasonably priced and not pushy. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience using Zucca and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

LOOK at these BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS, ROOF, Fascia, Soffit and Gutters from ZUCCA!!! We are so very happy and pleased with our whole house window, roof, fascia, soffit and gutter replacement. From the very beginning of the process until the final inspection and review we had professional, knowledgeable customer service from Chase and Ryan at Zucca.

Our 33 year old ranch home had very, very rotted windows and a very leaky roof. Both were in desperate need of replacement. Ryan came out to evaluate our needs and carefully measured, checked and rechecked to make sure the order was correct and complete from the beginning of each phase of these 3 projects. The install team worked diligently and carefully with our very large windows and even fabricated and added custom flashing we wanted at the same time. Our roof needed many sheeting replacements and several new vents cut. Our chimney had leaked for years and caused all sorts of roof and window damage which had to be replaced.

Each of these 3 projects; windows, roof, fascia, soffit and gutters were big jobs but the teams from Zucca did a great job and had made our home look brand new and very updated. The end results are absolutely stunning! We are very happy with the team at Zucca and are confident to recommend them as a very skilled team that can absolutely deliver fantastic results!
