I had several estimates done a year ago when my roof needed patching and they were the most professional and clearest about what needed doing. When I decided to have the entire roof replaced this year, they were great! Very quick response time, lots of choices, expert advice on which type of roofing would be best under what circumstances, and a great eye for color. The roof itself went on in excellent time despite fluctuating weather. And they even re-roofed the garden shed at the same time, as a last-minute add-on request. Everyone involved was very friendly, and the clean-up job afterwards was spectacular, something I was very grateful for to protect the puppy and young children playing in the yard. I recommend them most strongly!

He and Nick are the most honest and trustworthy roofing contractors I have ever met. They provide a superior product, at a most fair price. They both ensure all the work is done correctly and to their high standards. I have been working with Van Lier Roofing on the multi-family properties that I manage for over 20 years. They are competitively priced, super reliable, do a great job and have excellent follow up. They have done everything from fully re-roofing 50+ townhomes to sealing around a leaking vent - they can do any roofing job, big or small.
