I needed a roofing contractor to repair some left-over damage from hurricane Ian, dryer vent needed to be replaced and a few ridge cap shingles. The first company I had come out told me the whole roof was junk and needed to be replace and quoted me an astronomical amount. I called roof smart, and Frank came out and inspected the roof inside and out. He told me the roof and shingles were perfectly fine and that he could take care of the couple repairs. The price was very reasonable, and the repairs were made in a couple days. I really appreciate their honesty and not trying to rip people off! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

They installed a new roof for us last year. I’ll have you know. That we’re literally one of the very very few people here that ended up with zero issues from hurricane Ian far as the roof goes. Lost a lot of soffits. But roof held up like a boss. My area was hit very badly. We took a lot of damage. But hey, roof in perfect condition. Even some of my neighbors new roofs didn’t hold up. We had a problem with the company, but they stepped up and did the right thing. We had the company replace our roof. Somehow, as a result of this work our pool deck aluminum roof was damaged and nearly collapsed. Roof Smart agreed to replace all of the elite aluminum panels. We paid for the electrical work that was part of the job and they paid for the panels and the labor to replace them. We are very pleased that we could work together to resolve this dispute. We always say that it’s not the fact that sometimes things go wrong, it’s how you handle the problem that counts. We thank Roof Smart for handling this problem without delay. Good job.
