They arrived on time looked very professional and was able to explain the complete proposal so that I could understand exactly what would be done.The price they presented was excellent for the warranties that where offered. It’s hard to know where to begin. I called SCM and scheduled a consultation for fixing or replacement. Charles came out and talked with us about our roof (a very damaged roof). He gave us information about options. We asked about shingle vs metal. He was very knowledgeable about both. He gave us the information we requested which allowed us to make an informed decision. He sent pictures of roofing colors…even offered to drop off samples for us to see. He made the process so easy. Charles scheduled material delivery the day we were supposed to close. They delivered on the date they told us. They had to wait to start the work due to a delay in closing. As soon as we let Charles know the closing date he scheduled the work to begin. We had a new roof, fascia and soffit in a matter of days. They cleaned up so well we would not have known they were there aside from the beautiful new roof. Charles is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. If you talk with him you know you are in good hands. We have dealt with many roofing companies through the years both residential and for a business. Charles is hands down the best person to work with and SCM by far the best roofing company we have worked with. We will definitely work with them for all our roofing needs in the future. I am very happy with SCM. After Hurricane Ian heavily damaged my roof, they worked with me to get the replacement in time for other contractors to start there work so there were no delays on reconstruction. They also helped me communicate with my insurance. They are a great company, instantly responsive to any texts of call. If you need a roof I would call them first.
Shawn is awesome!! Less than 2 years ago SCM put a new roof on our home and they did a great great job, so after the storm I didn't hesitate to call Shawn I knew his professionalism would come through again for us and he did! He responded quickly assessed the roof within days we were patched and a few days later we were fixed!!by his professional crew!!He told me not to worry about anything which set my mind at ease!!I wouldn't use anybody else, hands down the best roofing company in the Cape!! 10 Stars??????????
