JDB Construction & Roofing

As a local business owner, I have referred multiple customers to Levi and the team at JDB Construction over the years, and the feedback has consistently been outstanding. Whether the project involved roofing, construction, remodeling, repairs, or other exterior improvements, the customers I have referred have been extremely happy with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. Levi has built a reputation for being honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His team is professional, communicates well throughout the project, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. It is always reassuring to recommend a company that I trust, and I have received nothing but positive feedback from the customers I have sent their way. Based on those experiences, I would not hesitate to continue referring customers to Levi and JDB Construction for roofing, construction, remodeling, and other home improvement projects. Thank you, Levi and the entire JDB Construction team, for consistently taking great care of the customers we send your way.

I had JDB Construction come out for a shingle roof repair, and I’m very satisfied with the work they completed. They didn’t just fix the roof issue—they handled everything that came with it. They trimmed back a few trees that were contributing to the problem and causing damage, and they also repaired and refreshed some interior walls that were affected by a leak. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Levi Perez and the team were efficient, respectful, and made sure the issue was fully resolved from top to bottom. I would highly recommend JDB Construction for any type of roofing or home repair work.

Wow, this roof looks great! We had a metal roof that was not installed correctly about 15 years ago and boy could you tell after the layers were pulled back. But JDB did an awesome job repairing everything. Unfortunately there was so much water damage to the osb and fascia that we had to replace a lot of wood. That made the total price go way over the estimate. No one could have foreseen the damage up there. JDB did a great job replacing and repairing the damage. They went above and beyond getting everything finished in a timely manor. They were so polite, helpful, and informative throughout the process. I would certainly refer them to family and friends. A little more communication between the sales and the people on the ground would make this experience perfect. The small communication glitch we had was fixed quickly and effectively. Thank you to the whole gang from Levi to Wendy and Josh and all the guys. You all made this experience a little easier.

The folks at JDB Construction and Roofing are amazing! I got quotes from Langley and Elite. They kept trying to strong arm me into things I didn't need. Mario was courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this roofing company for anyone from Dayton to Chattanooga, TN and beyond.

They all did a great job. Levi was very communicative and helpful. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Joshua and his crew did an excellent job. They kept us updated throughout the day and were very precise about cleaning up all of the mess from tearing off the old roof and putting on the new one. Great quality work with a wonderful team.
