I regret using best choice. They tore some aluminum flashing in some places and reinstalled my gutter guards completely wrong. Jason, the so called GM, seemed incompetent. He showed up to look at some of my concerns and didn’t even bring a ladder. He did that twice and then completely lied about having come back to make it right. He didn’t know I have cameras and could tell they never showed up. I would never use best choice roofing nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.
So Ryan was my sales person and he was very professional and personable. He explained the process with great detail. The folks who showed to do the work were awesome on time neat tidy and straight to business. Would recommend Ryan to anyone getting a roof. Thanks so much for a smooth experience.

Worked with the Sales Manager Jeff through getting my roof replaced. What a stand up guy! He practically did all the work for me. All i had to do was call the insurance company with him. New roof for my deductible! To be honest I didn’t even know about the issues with my roof until he offered the free inspection!! I thank god for the day this man knocked on my door!
