Premier Roofing has been fabulous to work with! We utilized their services for a townhome roof replacement from a hail storm and they worked tirelessly with the Association's insurance company to ensure everything that needed to be included was factored into the claim. Having them go to bat for the Association with the insurance company was such a relief! Throughout the project, we also got frequent updates and knew where the crew was moving to next. We had a large project where 60 units in our townhome community in Rock Hill, SC where the roofs were replaced along with gutters and siding damage from the Hail storm in 2024. Premier not only got it all worked out with the insurance company but went above and beyond setting up meetings along the way and keeping us as a board up to date on everything. The crew that installed all of this were exceptional and very professional and very clean when it came to cleaning up the mess. The entire crew from the insurance claims department, to the engineering crew to the foreman and the crew itself was exceptional. We appreciate working with such a professional company and will defintely recommend them to any and any other projects we may have and to other communities as well.

It was determined that we indeed had damage, and Premier took the information to our insurance company and arranged to have a new roof approved by our insurance. Their work is top notch, from the scheduling, communication, roof work, gutter work, and clean up, everything was handled professionally. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
Great experience. They were fast and professional had my roof completely replaced in 3 hours. They also went the extra mile with cleaning up and protecting my property from falling debris. They also were dillegent with making sure no nails were left in my grass. Would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
