Jorge explained everything clearly and put together a plan for new roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. They also included my redwood shed and installed a new roof on it too. As the work moved along, the team found and replaced damaged soffits, fascia boards, and bad roof decking. Sebastian, the project manager, kept me updated on the schedule, progress, and next steps, which made the whole roofing and exterior process easy to follow. Every crew was experienced, worked carefully, and did quality work. I am very pleased with the results. The roof looks excellent, the siding and gutters really improved the outside of the home, and the new windows were a great upgrade as well. I have also noticed the house feels more comfortable inside, and the cooling system seems to work more efficiently during the warm Concord weather.
