Concord Roofing

My home needed a major exterior upgrade, so I went with one crew that could handle the full job. Jorge explained everything clearly and put together a plan for new roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. They also included my redwood shed and installed a new roof on it too. As the work moved along, the team found and replaced damaged soffits, fascia boards, and bad roof decking. Sebastian, the project manager, kept me updated on the schedule, progress, and next steps, which made the whole roofing and exterior process easy to follow. Every crew was experienced, worked carefully, and did quality work. I am very pleased with the results. The roof looks excellent, the siding and gutters really improved the outside of the home, and the new windows were a great upgrade as well. I have also noticed the house feels more comfortable inside, and the cooling system seems to work more efficiently during the warm Concord weather.

We had a leaking skylight in our entryway and spent a couple of weeks trying to get a roofing contractor to inspect it. Once we reached this roofer, they responded quickly and provided a same-day estimate based on the photos we sent. They ordered the roofing materials right away and repaired the skylight as soon as everything arrived. During the roof repair, they found the flashing and surrounding materials had been installed poorly before. The crew removed the affected roofing, corrected the insulation and underlayment around the skylight, and reroofed the area the right way. Even with the extra work needed, they honored the original estimate. The whole team was responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. They explained the roofing work clearly, kept the job moving, and made the skylight area look solid and watertight. We are very happy with the service and will use them again for future roofing and skylight needs.

We found a leak above our fireplace, and a local roofing company was suggested by the water cleanup team. We called, and their roofers came out right away and coordinated smoothly with the mitigation crew. Within minutes, they were on the roof in the rain tracing the source of the problem and checking the flashing, chimney area, and nearby shingles. They discovered several leak points around the chimney that had been left behind by a previous roofer. Darius, Sebastian, Isaiah, and the rest of the crew worked hard to find every issue and make the needed roof repairs the right way. They explained what was causing the water intrusion, fixed the problem areas, and made sure everything was sealed up properly. After the next rain in Concord, everything stayed completely dry. It was a huge relief to know our roof and chimney area were finally protected. The team was fast, thorough, professional, and easy to work with. We feel much more comfortable at home now and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing service.

This is my first time writing a Google review, but Concord Roofing did such an excellent job on my roof that I wanted to share my experience. After agreeing on a very reasonable price, which even included some free repair work on my pool house roof, the team finished the job in just two days. Isaiah and Marvin were both quick to respond to my questions and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. In today’s busy market, that kind of attention to detail really matters. I’m planning to have them handle my gutters next. I highly recommend their roofing services!

We feel truly grateful to have had this company handle the re-roofing of our home, garage, and boat house here in Concord after a hail storm. In all the years we've lived here, we've never worked with a roofing team as dependable, professional, and reliable as this one. Their crew, led by Isaiah, showed up on time every day and worked hard from start to finish, taking care of everything from tearing off the old shingles to putting on the new roof, trimming, and making sure everything was spotless when they finished. The clean-up was outstanding—Isaiah even went back up on the roof after a long day to wash and scrub our two skylight windows until they shined! From the first inspection to the final clean-up, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The team was patient and understanding while we waited for our insurance claim checks, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find companies and crews that set such a high standard, but this team truly did. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and the excellent service we received!
