After we fired another roofing company due to dishonest behavior and were left mid-project with an exposed roof, Steve was the only roofer willing to come out—initially just to advise us on whether what we were being told was truthful and to offer guidance. He took the time to walk me through our options, helped me navigate exiting the prior contract, and then stepped in to take over the project quickly and seamlessly. From start to finish, he was honest, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Quality Roofing did excellent work and turned a very stressful situation into a smooth, well-managed experience. Steve and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof. Their estimate was among the best I received and they completed the work within one week as promised. In addition, Ben was the only estimator who arrived on time giving me confidence about his reliability and was very helpful in directing me to the best product for my roofing needs.
