Working with Dru was great from quote to job completion. The quote was thorough, detailed and transparent. We knew where every penny went. He worked with TWIA to get us what we needed for repairs. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and we always felt comfortable with where we were in the process. We were so glad we found Drue with Texas Coast Roofing. Drue and his team were very professional. After we agreed to move forward with the project, Drue made sure all materials and man power are ready to start on the day they said they will start. Drue keep us in-touch every steps till the day started til finished. since day 1, everyday drue and his team showed up first thing in the morning and work until dark. they work on the project like of their own home. Everyday everyone showed up the same time and leave the same time. From day one of the project I never seen they left trashes . They removed the old roof materials with out leaving the trash. They haul trash soon is ready every day. At the end of each day Drue and his team make sure there was no trash nor nails left on the ground. Drue has done a fantastic job manage his team and his team has the very great work ethic. After the project finished Drue had his engineer came and went over everything with us. Mr. Soto the engineer he reassure all are well installed. Then I had my engineer came and take a look again and my engineer said this is the very very great work and the roof look very very nice and fantastic work. Overall, Drue are the best we can say this with fully confidence of his work. If more star for us to hight light we will give all stars .
