We started working with Veterans Choice last summer. Tim was the first one we met with as well as who we worked with up until everything was complete. Insurance was making it a nightmare, but the team here made sure everything was taken care of and fought for us throughout the entire process. We had the entire house resided, window wraps, soffits, fascia and gutters all done. Once everything was approved they got to work, FAST. It took just a matter of days. EVERYONE we encountered were fantastic. The crews on site were very polite and VERY hard working. They did a great job! I LOVE the new look of the house. Thank you!

If you are looking at contractors, stop right here. They made this entire lengthy process so much easier. I think the hardest part for me was deciding on a color for the siding. Great quality work and super nice people to deal with.

A much belated but truly appreciative thank you to Veterans Choice, Shaine and Dan. They went above and beyond to help our HOA recover from a difficult situation. In late August, we unexpectedly found out that we needed to replace all of the roofs in our 7 building condo community. They spent hours working with me, our Board and residents to find the best solution to provide us with good quality materials, with long term warranties, and excellent workmanship. From the start to the finish, Dan and Shaine, touched based on a regular basis, sometimes multiple times a day. The personal care they provided on a corporate project was exceptional. They had to special order materials to make sure the color lots matched for all 7 buildings. Even then the entire project was done within 5 weeks of signing the contract. The installation crews were professional, organized and kind. They had to set up, tear down, and clean up on 7 multi unit buildings in a small area surrounded by ravine, trees and limited access. They fixed things, they tweaked things, they spruced up things. Exceptional is not a big enough word and thank you cannot convey our sincere gratitude.

Thanks to the Veteran's Choice teams, my dilapidated old house is looking better than it has in years. The new siding has gotten compliments from my neighbors, and with the new gutters and gutter guards, I won't have to climb up to clean them out anymore (getting to old to do that). Most impressive is likely the rebuilt backporch, which started as a strange, enclosed room-like space added to the house decades before. Now it is open and airy with decking that feels good underfoot, a sturdy railing, and a shady patio cover.
