I am so pleased with the honesty & trust that I have for this company. I had several bids done on my roof and not one of them were honest in what they were telling me.My roof does not need to be replaced. I was just seeing how much it would cost to replace it because I wanted to match it to another building on my property and not one of the other companies were as trustworthy and forthright as Capstone.When I’m ready to replace it and do soffit and facia also it will be Capstone I go with.
I had several roofing companies come out to provide quotes for a roof repair job. Capstone is the only company that got up on the roof and used my water hose to thoroughly drench the area of the leak to pinpoint the location of it before even giving me a quote. They also cleaned up some leaf and dirt debris which had accumulated over the years in a hard-to-see corner of the roof.Then they proposed an innovative approach to solve the problem which no other roofing company suggested. Capstone did a great job on the repair, and they were responsive, on time, and they are a pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend Capstone Roofing.
I would absolutely recommend using Capstone Roofing and Siding for any project you have in mind. We worked with Dave and Spencer Orgill to assess the need for our roof replacement and they are very personable and easy to work with. I’ve had many companies out for roof and other home project bids this fall with our basement flooding and upstairs leaking. Capstone Roofing and Siding were the best by far to work with. They didn’t pressure us into any decisions or try to upsell us. They were honest and straightforward. We decided to move forward with them for our roof project and they helped design the future roof with input on colors and shingle type. They were very knowledgeable of their industry and clearly wanted to do the very best job possible for our home.As for the demolition of the old roof and installation of the new roof, the workers were respectful of our property and took great measures to drape landscaping and remove nails and debris thoroughly and consistently. It was a great team of roofers and a siding manager on the project. The installation looks great! The Malarkey Shingles in Midnight Black is a great color next to our brick and siding. The siding needed to be removed in a couple of spots to allow for flashing up to the new shingles and it was replaced with great care and looks wonderful. They paid attention to detail.Dave and Spencer were on the jobsite to oversee, answer questions and make sure we were satisfied with the project. They quickly addressed any concerns we had.
