Lugo repaired our chimney leak and roof bridge vent on 1/27/26. He took his time and was very courteous and professional. The work was completed in one day and looks great. We got rain a couple hours later and no leak. Yeah.
Terry came out, surveyed my issues and offered some options for repair. We have a tile roof, so it took a few weeks for Four Seasons to match. As soon as the necessary tile was 'in hand' the roofers showed up, worked through a few days of rail, until dark on the few days it took to complete the job. The work looks great and I was very please with the final cost. This was the 2nd time Four Seasons did some roof work for me and both times the crew went above what was asked. I highly recommend this team of roofers, should a roof need repair, or maybe even replacement.
From my first meeting with Marc (salesman) to the actual installation of my new roof, the experience was exceptional.Marc spent almost 4 hours inspecting the attic space and roof, taking pictures of any problems that might impact the costs. Within in a day or two I had my professional proposal including pictures.Once the contract was signed, I received a "What to Expect" email which included all the Project Contacts names and telephone numbers.Carl (scheduling/deliveries) accommodated my request to have the facia delivered prior to the start date so I could have it all painted ahead of installation. He also had the Sani Can and materials delivered before the start date.The project started on the agreed upon timeline. Vance (project manager) communicated with me throughout the process providing continuous updates and identifying issues that came up.One issue that came up, after the roofing materials were removed, is that approximately half of my roof needed to be replaced due to poor installation of my original roof. Imagine my surprise, though there was no way to determine that this would happen. Vance was on it immediately. Maximus contacted me to explain in further detail what had transpired and worked the costs to make it a bit more palatable.Adrian worked tirelessly to ensure that the crew protect the flower beds by covering them with tarps, as well as, keeping the crew safe.The crew were friendly, polite and worked extremely hard to complete the project on time.With such a costly expenditure, I felt completely confident knowing that they were not cutting corners and took incredible pride in their workman ship!! I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing.
Terry Bridgman arrived at the pre-scheduled time to inspect our old roof and provided us with a detailed written bid on replacing it with high quality Malarkey roofing products. He also noted that our chimney cap was in need of replacement and provided us a bid for that work also. We figured the chimney work was due as our house is 45 years old.We elected to go ahead with both these projects (roof and chimney). Both of these projects were completed with expert, efficient care.Tiana kept us well informed via email of the project process and beginning and end dates.The re-roofing team found several sheets of the old plywood that had failed due to rot. These sheets were removed and replaced with new sheets prior to the new roofing material being put down.Bottom line is, we were very pleased with the professionalism, project management and overall outcome of this project. They did a stellar job of cleaning up the area after the work was completed. You'd never know they'd been here except for our new roof! We would highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing to anyone looking for expert roof installation.Lastly, our neighbors had used and recommended Four Seasons after they had their roof replaced a couple of years ago. Another reason we elected to work with them.

From first meeting to final billing everything was done with professionalism and thoughtfulness to my budget. Four Seasons found some hidden issues with my roof after starting the job, walked me through options and came up with pricing that I could afford. Everyone on the crew was respectful of my property, the clean up was fantastic, and in less than a week I have better roof ventilation, new rafters, and a beautiful warrantied roof.
