Called to ask about getting a free quote for a leaking downtown business roof thinking sometime in the next week or two before someone would come out, But to my surprise Kim scheduled us on the books for a crew to come out the very next day. I spent a lot of time on deciding on a metal roof and picking the right professional firm. I have had to replace multiple asphalt roofs and every time I have sold a house, it is always the roof that buyers discount my sale asking price for ‘age of the roof, asphalt gravel loss, discoloration, damage, etc. but with my MRHQ roof I actually get a huge plus to my house value for smart buyers. I will get back every penny I invested in a metal roof. And I received a 10% annual discount on my home insurance for a MRHQ metal roof which will fully reimburse my extra roof cost. It’s a no brainer. But let me tell you some of the other important issues I considered.In South Alabama you need protection from 160MPH winds. I don’t want to incur wind damage to my roof and also suffer a 2-5% insurance deductible on wind. I am avoiding wind losses and having to pay huge out of pocket large wind insurance deductibles.A hard working professionalism team and clean up was fantastic no wonder they have such a strong, simple warranty—they know it was put on properly and will last 50+ years.Heavy trees in my yard and area can be a fire concern; not now. I wanted it to avoid asphalt ember fires that devasted Californians. I’m a Yankee in South Alabama. You shouldn’t need to protect your house from snow load. But 6 months after installed, we had a freak 10” snow load that could crush a roof; but I am glad I had a MRHQ metal roof as the snow just slides off, no damage or roof collapse.I’ve paid to replace hail damaged asphalt roofs. That’s not what I call protection. Hail, wind and leaking roofs are perpetual problems I have experienced and replaced multiple asphalt roofs; but never again with my MRHQ roof.Here is an added feature even MRHQ didn’t tell me. An added metal roof advantage is anti-squirrels ( the worst roof damage varmint in the world). They hate metal roofs.I have never done a testimonial or recommendation like this before on anything; but on my MRHQ roof it was a honor to give them a special “Thank You.” And what’s more—come see my roof or give me a call and I will answer all your questions and concerns about my MRHQ roofs. I researched various roofing companies to get the best quality roof for my money even if they were more expensive than other companies. I decided on MRHQ and even went and looked at homes they had done and was impressed with their quality. Then I had my roof done, the crew that did mine did a hurried job with potential failures everywhere, very poor workmanship. MRHQ sent workers to fix one issue ( of a list of many) and he said what a poor job the crew had done. I have been put off , appointments to look at concerns not kept, and at this point would not recommend them to anybody. The research I did showed a family business that started with high quality, workmanship, and ethics. Some how things got lost along the way.

Teamwork made a dream come true and worthy of the praise!Called and spoke with manager Stefano who provided his expertise of the metal shingle I selected and answered all questions to my satisfaction.Project manager Jonathan provided a listening ear while hearing my concerns regarding uneven slopes due to damaged trusses. He ensured the project was completed within a timely matter despite supply issues.Supervisor Alex made sure all concerns regarding the trusses were addressed and repaired prior to the installation.Overall, the TEAM did not disappoint. The finish work is perfect/beautiful in every aspect, see photos. Literally, I can not stop admiring/talking about this work of art/masterpiece! I am beyond satisfied. I had our metal roof installed a couple of years ago and couldn’t be more satisfied. Stephon and the entire staff and installation crew were top notch. I’ve had a couple of neighbors inquiring about the roof and both have since had roofs done. I recently suggested to my sister that she join the club and her installation was completed last week. Stephon goes above and beyond in making sure that every aspect of the experience is completely satisfying. Without a doubt this is one of the best decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. An EXCELLENT company. Highly recommended.
