I recently had a leaking roof vent repaired by Prestige Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and honest about what needed to be done. I noticed the leak late in the evening and was able to get a hold of a technician because they were open until 6 pm. He scheduled someone to come out the next day. Mind you it was a holiday weekend. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the repair process in simple terms. The work was done (picture updates) and there was plenty of communication to make sure everyone was confident there was no active leak and the issue was repaired properly. Communication is a big deal for me when it comes to hiring and theirs exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend PR to anyone needing roof repairs. Thank you Stuart!
