I got to connect with Resolute Roofing through Better Business Bureau as I was looking to find a reputable company to replace my 19 years old roof in Fort Myers area.
Now, BBB has this nice feature where they get you in touch with several companies from the area, at the same time.
Jonny Uzzel from Resolute Roofing replyed to me first, in not longer than ten minutes after, which I found to be quite amazing!
I told him what I was looking for, he listened and very soon he came back with three detailed quality/price offers for me.
Jonny struck me from the very begining by being extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent. He allowed me to take my time and take a good look at his offers, with no pressure, whatsoever!
Later that day and the next I got a couple of other estimates from other great companies from the area, quite similar in price and quality.
After a thorough consideration I decided to get back to Resolute and accept their offer.
From this point on, everything was fast and smooth.
Jonny Uzzel gave me all the details regarding materials selection, color options, payment schedule and preparation steps.
And, within two weeks, I got a brand new roof, nice and clean work, no hidden fees! And I was kept in the loop for the entire period, every step being well documented.

I whole heartly recommend Resolute Roofing. Anyone would be fortunate if they hired this company and were able to work with Justin Broome and his team.
Prior to choosing Resolute Roofing to replace my tile roof, I interviewed representative from 4 other companies. One company rep told me that they couldn’t meet the price quoted by Resolute, but could indorse the quality of work based on other jobs the rep had seen.
Justin met with me in person and spoke with me on the phone several times prior to the signing of the contract. I’m sure I was asking what he considered “silly questions” but he never once let me know that was what he was thinking. From start to finish he explained the what, when, how, and why of the process.
The work team arrived early, stayed late, and there was always some one on site who was more than willing to answer any questions I had. Everyone on the team was very pleasant and their work was excellent.
For these reasons, I do not hesitate to recommend Resolute Roofing, Justin Broome and his entire team.

Back in March, a storm came through Louisville and I experienced several roof leaks. A friend of mine, Linda, recommended I contact Resolute Roofing. She began working with the company in 2021, and since Resolute was already operating in the Louisville area at the time, I decided to move forward with them.
They inspected my roof in May. The salesman walked the roof and confirmed there was sufficient storm damage to file an insurance claim. During the claim review, it was discovered that a significant amount of wood decking needed to be replaced due to rot. This caused delays, but once the desk adjuster approved the wood replacement, the full roof replacement was approved and eventually completed.
Overall, I am satisfied with the finished roof.. I also provided several referrals. While some resulted in completed roofs, there were other referrals I passed along that were never followed up on, and I was never updated.
After my roof was completed, I informed my friend Linda. She shared that although she helped generate business for the company over several years, she did not receive commission on the last roof when the homeowner had already sent payment. I understand she no longer works for the company, but this raised concerns for me regarding how commissions are handled.
In summary, I like the quality of the roof and appreciate the outcome of the project, but I do have reservations about communication practices and internal integrity based on what I experienced and what I was told.

We just had a metal roof put on by Resolute Roofing. They were absolutely fantastic!! they were here every day on time, extremely professional, cleaned up every day before leaving, had a foreman watch the job and did a perfect job. The roof is beautiful, and they were also competitive with their pricing. The sales rep we had, Justin was fabulous!!! He kept us up to date with everything they were doing and also came out to check the job every day. The customer service is outstanding with Resolute Roofing and Justin both. I highly recommend this company and Justin for a great experience and a job well done!
