I had an awesome experience with Best Choice Roofing. Steve came out to inspect our roof. He let us see the video of our entire roof that he took during his walkabout and gave us an honest assessment with suggestions. There were some small areas of hail damage that he pointed out in the video. So he doesn't just tell you, he SHOWS you. Steve doesn't think we need a new roof now but told us how to continue to monitor it. This was a totally FREE service. Steve was very knowledgeable and I would recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone without hesitation.
Had our roof done in January. Was going to keep my review to myself but I get into my attic to take out decorations and they left all sorts of material in the attic. Loads of spent nails they didn't bother to use the magnet on, box of nails, 5 gallon bucket of roofing cement and roll of black lining and the debris in the yard I picked up. I expected there to be some stuff but the amout left in the attic is ridiculous. Picture included. Asked Ami about an extra amount of money we were being charged didn't dispute payment just a simple question, and she continously told me my payment was due the next day instead of explaining to me what the charge was for. Roof seems to be ok there are spots that I can see should be better put together on the soffit (picture included). The customer service is lacking all I did was ask a question about where my money was going. Definitely could do a better job with accountability and clean up. Also gave us a quote told us they would come in February and came in January to do the job. Lack of communication, disorganized and dirty. This is what you will get.
It was a pleasure working with Best Choice Roofing. Megan Locke took such great care of us, and she really went to bat on our behalf to get our insurance company to pay the full amount for a roof replacement after a good amount of damage from a hail storm. She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process of getting the roof paid for, regularly called to update us on the status of the claim, and we didn’t have to do a thing while she saw the entire process through. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and conscientious. Thanks so much for everything!
The entire experience with Best Choice Roofing was very professional, personal and pleasant. The end result of the finished roof was superb. We were able to get a brand new designer shingle roof for the cost of our insurance deductible which was such a blessing. Steve Patterson was our go to rep and he was an absolute pleasure to work with - very attentive to our needs, concerns and questions. The rest of their team was always helpful and communicative. The crew that did the install took extra care to make sure the property was not damaged. They also did a very fine job. At the end of the day we would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone who is looking to replace their roof. 5 out of 5 stars.
