The workers were polite, efficient and did a good job. I am happy that the old roof is gone and the leaking should stop. Not to mention the materials used should better insulate the home.
Called desert canyon roofing and schedule an appointment for Saturday. I was very surprised that they had Saturday appointments but I agreed to meet them. This is not my primary residence so I had to drive an hour and a half to meet them between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. They were a no-show, seems to be the theme out here in bullhead City, Arizona. Most of the roofers don't like to keep their appointments. They are not the first and we're more than likely not be the last. I do not recommend this company if you want someone who's reliable.
Desert Canyon Roofing installed a roof on my home 6 months ago. Edwin supervised everything and was extremely responsive, timely, and very professional. I was moving here from out of state and he made The whole process easy and stress free. Arizona's recent microburst created a small steady drip in the kitchen through one of the overhead lights. Edwin was out the next morning to survey and fix any issue. It turned out it was not the roof that was leaking, it was most likely some of the stucco on the wall adjacent to the roof. Edwin went ahead and filled in the cracks of the stucco even though he did not have to at all. He came out three times just to make sure the problem was resolved. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Actually I don't think people ever did. I would highly recommend him and Desert Canyon Roofing. Also very reasonably priced.
We had a new roof installed nov 2024. Came home yesterday and found a cap had come off our roof. Texted Edwin last night and he was on my roof at 7am this morning to secure it back on. Not only were we happy with the install but extremely impressed with the service after!
They did our roof five years ago. Edwin checked it yesterday even including checking it with a drone and the roof is still doing great. He didn’t charge me for the roof check as the roof is still on warranty.Escobar
