– Roof is failing, and so is the warrantyWe’re only three years into a full roof installation by Phillips Roofing, and it’s already leaking. The damage to our laundry room ceiling is now visible and worsening with every rain — photos attached.Despite their 10-year warranty, it’s been over 6 weeks of waiting and follow-up just to get someone to address it. If they had handled it promptly, the issue wouldn’t have progressed. The warranty feels like a marketing tool, not a real protection.Do not recommend. If a company won’t stand behind their own work when it fails this early, that’s a red flag for any homeowner.
Their price and quality are wonderful. But even better was the customer service. During the last rains I had water dripping in my house. Bill came out let me know what it was (not the roof) and was going to patch it on the spot. I wanted to make a few other repairs so he left the sealant and gave me crystal clear directions. And. Many more days of rain and no leak. Thank you for fixing a leak that wasn't your roof.

Excellent customer service. The owner comes out and does the estimate himself. He gives you the estimate and samples right away. The installers were great. They cleaned up after day one and again when they were done on day 2. The owner comes out when all is done and walks around the house with you to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend Phillips Roofing.They are the best!
