Blue Nail did an amazing job for my family! This company is extremely professional, straight forward, and helped us understand and navigate the insurance process. Our home sustained major damage from a storm this summer, our insurance company was giving me the runaround, and I was growing frustrated with the whole process. Thankfully, Eric (Blue Nail) had been keeping in contact with me even though I already had a contractor I was talking to. Trusting him was one of the best decisions that I have made. He took pictures, video, and documented the damage to an extent that thoroughly impressed me! It was also this documentation that convinced my insurance company to come back and give me a second inspection, which Eric came out and was a part of. After the inspection everything seemed to fall in place and insurance finally agreed to all of the damage that was sustained during the storm. This afternoon, Blue Nail completed all of the repairs to my home and I could not be happier with how everything turned out! I give these guys the highest recommendation that I can give! Excellent customer service. Strong communication skills. I worked with Gerardo for my home improvement needs and he worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and transparent on the Insurance and financial processes. The Blue Nail team I had the good fortune to work with on my rental property included Zac Johnson, Account Manager and his associate Darius. Zac is both a seasoned and knowledgeable leader.
