After a big hail storm, Brent came by and offered a free roof inspection. We decided to let him take a look, and he pointed out the hail damage on our roof. Brent helped us through the whole insurance process and was even there when the adjuster came by, making everything much easier for us. Our insurance covered a new roof and gutters, and the whole project was finished quickly and without any issues. The crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. I definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing help after a storm. After getting several quotes following a big storm, I chose this roofing company. Howard was detailed and upfront with the estimate, which I appreciated. The crew worked on my roof during the hot summer and made sure everything was done professionally and kept the area very tidy. Not long after, another storm came through, but my new roof held up perfectly—no shingles lost and everything looked great. Howard even followed up afterward to make sure my roof was still in good shape. If you need any roofing work done, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

The team did an excellent job with my roof replacement. The sales reps were very thorough—they pointed out all the issues with my roof, took detailed photos, and even went into the attic to make sure nothing was missed. They explained the whole process clearly and helped me understand what would happen next. On installation day, the crew arrived early and worked hard to remove the old shingles in the Texas heat. Maxwell, who seemed to be leading the crew, was very helpful and made sure everything stayed on schedule. They handled everything just as promised, including removing an old roof exhaust fan and properly boarding up the area, which was part of my original agreement. After the new shingles were installed, the crew cleaned up the area well, making sure there were no leftover materials or nails in the driveway. The roof looks fantastic and is built to withstand the Texas sun and storms. I checked the attic myself and was pleased to see everything in good order. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the team made sure I was satisfied before finishing up. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the team. I highly recommend this roofer for anyone needing roofing services in Texas.

We have used Hayes & Sons LLC several times for different roofing and exterior home projects at our place in Grand Prairie. The first job was fixing damage to our roof and chimney flashing, repairing our wood deck, replacing a broken fence, and updating the trim around our garage doors. Later, they handled replacing our house siding and gutters and put in a new back door. Most recently, they installed leaf guards on the gutters to help with all the leaves we get. Each time, Devin and the crew gave us fair prices, started the work quickly, and finished everything on schedule. The quality of their roofing and repair work has always been outstanding.

We originally planned to just get our roof replaced, but after seeing the affordable quotes, we ended up having them handle the roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters, and even asked them to come back to install a new front door. Devin never pushed extra services on us—the prices were just that good, making it possible for us to do more than we expected. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process. The roofing crew showed up on schedule, worked efficiently, and delivered excellent results. Our home looks better than ever. Compared to the six other companies we got quotes from, their prices were much lower—some by several thousand dollars. The quality of the workmanship really impressed us.
