Austin Priebe supervised the installation of our new roof four years ago, when he was with a different company. The project went flawlessly, and we could not have been happier. Austin and his crew were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

What impressed us even more, however, happened this winter. During a period of harsh weather, we suddenly developed a leak that appeared in our kitchen ceiling. Without fully thinking it through, I contacted several local contractors and received very high quotes for repairs. When the contractor I was considering asked for the shingle color, I tried calling the company Austin had worked for at the time—but never received a return call.

Austin sent four team members to the house, and they spent more than five hours in freezing weather identifying and fixing the problem. They obtained matching shingles, replaced damaged siding, painted it to match the house, replaced flashing, and addressed several other issues. Austin did all of this simply because of his character—he was determined to make sure we were taken care of, and there was no charge.
