Veterans was really wonderful to work with. We live in a community in Michigan that was hit with a tornado this past spring. Tyler is a rep for Veterans and also lives in/near our community, he didn't waste any time checking in on the community. Not as a salesman but as a friend and concerned for the people in our community. When we were ready to ask the hard questions, deal with insurance and get repairs moving, Tyler and his crew at Veterans were there every step of the way. We have never had to do any kind of insurance claim like this on our home, and while we were fortunate enough that our home was still livable and the damage was there, but wasn't earth shattering, Tyler took it seriously and worked promptly as much as he could. Working with insurance, especially when so many others are making the claims from the same storm, requires patience and knowledge, Veterans had all of this and more. When we finally got the insurance piece straightened out, the timeline for a new roof was good (especially given the amount of new roofs that were going on all around us) Veterans got the roof done quickly, but efficiently. They cleaned up well after themselves and the crew was respectful when we had to come in and out during their repairs. Tyler worked diligently with us and our insurance company. (If you have ever made a claim you know it's not always easy or straight forward) We are pleased with the quality of service we received and would recommend them for your next project. I also want to note, we did price out other companies and they were in line, if not a little under a few of them. (I guess I didn't take any photos of the house during or after oops! But it has been great)
Brandon was excellent at communicating and understanding what our needs were for our siding replacement. He made a few special trips out to our house to make sure everything was taken care of whenever we had concerns. Customer service all around was amazing! Brian and his team were very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and were very patient with any and all of our questions. Veteran’s was amazing! Brandon, our sales rep was awesome! He did the most thorough job of inspecting everything and explaining exactly what was causing our leaking and issues and what we needed to do to resolve and why. He was so personable and available for any questions we had. The roofing team was quick and did an excellent job! They cleaned up and left everything looking better than when they got there. Really thorough and explained everything so well. The siding team was great as well and even though we had one small concern, they fixed it right away. I really can’t recommend them enough! You won’t be disappointed!
We needed a complete shingle roof replacement, and from start to finish - we knew we chose the right company for the job. The guys were incredibly knowledgeable and fair on price. They were very carful not to damage any parts of the house, including hot tub, landscaping, plants, ect. The crew worked from sun up to sun down and got the job completed in 2 days (even despite less than ideal weather conditions). They left the place looking better than when they arrived. 10/10 recommend!
Superior experience from start to finish! We called after noticing some wet spots on our ceiling. They showed up the same day to do an assessment, they were able to determine our issue and provide us with options. They provided assistance with insurance and financing. Everyone we encountered at Veterans Roofing & Exteriors was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I can't say enough about the exceptional installation crew! Wow, they take so much care with their art, high quality workmanship. They showed up early, ready to work and knocked our project out the same day. I couldn't believe all the stuff they had to move I never realized I had gathered around the house in the last year! But they moved it all away from the house and put it back significantly better than they found it, saved me some clean up! I also want to mention they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards never even found a nail, which we appreciate with pets! I already have, and will not hesitate to continue to recommend this company! Looking forward to working on future projects with them to match our beautiful new roof. Thank you!
