Don't use Rydel if you want a new roof, they have some very slick salesmen who visit your home and panic you into buying a new roof on the spot. They found a little mold in my attic on an inspection and basically said the roof was leaking and had to be replaced, I'm 70, and fell for that hook line and sinker and put down a deposit of $1,000 on what was going to be a $10,000 shingle replacement. I have solar panels and told them I'd have to get them taken off for the new roofing. My solar installer came round and said my roof was still in good condition and a $2,000 Nano spray would give the roof at least another 10-15 years life. I got out of the roof replacement, but lost my $1,000 deposit. This non-refundable deposit clause was not explained to me at the time. Lesson learned I guess! Total rip off!

I am very pleased with Rydel Roofing & Siding’s professionalism, expertise and detailed report that was produced. I contacted them to check on a siding issue and was kept well informed when they would be here even with a text 20 minutes before arrival. Evgenii was the technician who arrived and he quickly got to work, set up a ladder in the snow, climbed up high to take a look and identified the problem right away. Even though it couldn’t be fixed on the spot, he provided great options on how to proceed with the next steps. It was followed up with a detailed report (pictures included) of the issue. I greatly appreciated that Evgenii was very knowledgeable, was willing to share this knowledge and took the time to answer all my questions.
Rydell replaced our roof a few years ago and we have just had our siding and gutters replaced. The crew is professional and hardworking. I’m so pleased with how everything turned out.
I got the first contact within a week after I submitted quote and it didn't even take a month from the first meeting to the installation. Sean was amazing, provided us with details of how the project will be processed, which material will be the best on current conditions, and etc. Wesley and crews came to do the installation were nice, they. send us pictures of how the roof looked like before and after the work, and they left the site without leaving anything behind. Lastly, the best part is that I feel supportive. There is always a team to support and help with any questions or concerns. Good work!

I highly recommend Rydel roofing. After doing my own research and speaking with trusted friends, Rydel came highly recommended. They walked us through the entire process, were up front and honest and even winterized our roof before we got it done in March. We needed to have half the roof re-sheathed and that was communicated ahead of time with a cost as well. They made sure to clean the property during and after and there wasn’t any shingles, nails or plastic left behind. Wesley was our project manager and he was great to work with, communicated well and responded quickly. I felt confident choosing Rydel to do our new roof and am very satisfied.
