She was great to work with throughout the entire process, helping us get the best coverage and making everything feel simple and manageable. Top Local Roofing was very professional in handling my roof situation from start to finish. It had hail damage, and they helped me manage the insurance situation very well. Joel did a great job getting me started in the process and walking me through it. Tanner helped me pick out an amazing shingle color for the roof. My solar panels were taken off and put on again with no problem. My old roof was torn off and the new one put on again in the same day. Everything was done really well and I appreciate the whole gang for their good work and care!

For an entire week we had 8 different roofing companies come make bids. After much discussion we went with Top Local Roofing due to their GAF products, training, warranty, and desire to help us deal with insurance. The project manager, Antonio, and his crew were fantastic. Before roofing day they came out to help us move deck furniture and prepare our yard. They started at 7:15am and finished our new roof that same day by 5pm. They cleaned as they worked and respected us, our pets, and our property. They even beat the competition by $500. We definitely recommend them!

Tanner from top local roofing development was great every step of the way. He helped my wife and I understand how to get new roof through hail insurance claim. Only cost our deductible and a couple upgrades. Also, they work with an awesome company that removed your solar panels and they reinstalled them after, roof completion. Reinstalling the solar panels was one of my biggest stressors that I had, but they calmed my nerves. They answered my questions. Prior to leaving they gave me there warranty information if there is any issues.
Tanner provided pictures start to finish on project. Will recommend this company to anyone.
