Thanks to Jason and Tristan of Premier Roofing for working very hard on a project nobody wanted. I was in a tough situation and had to have someone reposition a long large heavy glass panel in a high atrium ceiling that was moved by the ice and snow we had this year. Then it recently started raining which made things worse.Some refused to do it or wouldn’t return my calls, others said they just didn’t wanted to do the project. These guys considered it a challenge and got it done. Thanks very much!
I can happily say Premier Roofing has professionally responded to quickly assist us in roof damage on two separate occasions. The first time was in 2016 after we sustained damage from Hurricane Matthew and when other roofers would not return calls. This week after high winds removed several shingles off the roof. On both experiences we were treated like our problem was their highest concern. Their work is flawless and there is no unsightly visual evidence of their repair after they leave. I will continue to keep them saved in my phone's directory.
Premier Roofing deserves 5 Stars! Derek Holland and his outstanding staff are reliable, honest and professional. We had some minor shingle damage from Hurricane Matthew. Premier Roofing went above and beyond by continuing to make repairs well into the night to avoid an approaching rain storm the next day. We highly recommend Premier Roofing and now that I know they are a General Contractor, we have a punch list of other projects to trust Derek and his team with. Thanks Derek!
Shannon and the team did an excellent job on the repairs on my roof. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Shannon also did a nice job staying in contact with me. Overall a very good experienceOnce again we had another storm and some issues with our roof. The day after the storm I reached out to Premier and they were out inspecting the roof that evening. The next day dry in repairs were made. The responsiveness, communication, and quality of work have been outstanding. Also the competency of Derek in evaluating and communicating the best path forward is awesome
Derek and his crew were absolutely the best. A huge tree came down on the roof in July and punched a big hole in the roof , I called Premier roofing and they were on the job the next day. Derek is very organized and very detail oriented. This was an insurance claim and Derek was very knowledgeable & helpful with this process. His first concern is taking care of his customers. I would highly recommend Premier Roofing & will definitely call on him & his company again for help.
