Had a leak that multiple roofers looked at, but were unable to repair. Reached out to Frank at Horizon, who came out, diagnosed the problem immediately, quoted a reasonable price, and scheduled the repair. Walked me thru the specific actions he needed to take to fix it. The fix was quick and neat within the timeframe he stated. The quality of the fix was tested during heavy rains this last winter. Not a drop got thru.
