After they found that rotted decking, they called me immediately to explain the situation, show me pictures, and give me a quote for the additional work. Complete transparency. They focused on roof inspection and also took care of some flashing issues around the chimney that had been causing slow leaks. Two birds with one stone. I caught a leak early because my cat kept staring at the ceiling in one spot. Took me a while to figure out what she was looking at. When I bought my house the inspector flagged the roof as something that would need attention within a few years. That was three years ago and I finally decided to stop procrastinating. Reached out to Infinity Roofing Irvine CA based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. They used what they called architectural shingles which have a thicker, more dimensional look than my old three-tabs. The roof has so much more curb appeal now. The estimate was itemized so I could see exactly what I was paying for. Labor, materials, permits, disposal - all broken out. No mystery charges. When the time comes to do the garage roof, I already know who I'm calling. Loyalty goes both ways.
