Guy came out to give us an estimate on our roof. We talked for about a half an hour or so about the history of the roof and what color we would be looking for. He was polite and seemed to be knowledgeable. Told us it would be a few days for that estimate. Radio silence ever since. No response from a follow up message asking for an update. Clearly communication is hard. Good luck if you deal with this type of company.

Great experience! Their estimator, Mr Cougar, was extremely knowledgeable about the trade and able to discuss structural concerns like installing a cricket behind our chimney to prevent snow buildup. The crew itself was fast and efficient, got our farmhouse done in a day and brought their own dumpster for cleanup. We loved the attention to detail like painting the bathroom vent to match the shingles instead of just leaving it white plastic like you usually see. These folks have been in business for a while and that experience really shows in the quality of the workmanship and efficiency of their team. Fantastic job, ten stars!
