Very satisfied. No high pressure or slick sales pitch. They were the only company that explained the need for an additional layer of boards on my 1957 one story ranch house. The existing decking has broken boards and gaps that resulted in multiple leaks inside. I tried several patches and fixes to popped nails, but either it didn't work, worked for a short time, and/or new leaks developed. Other companies came in at a 'lower price', but they either didn't recommend or didn't include the price of the additional needed plywood boards (that meet current code!) If I hadn't been educated, I could have paid for a new roof and probably continuation of leaks in time.
The roof looks great. I was able to quickly schedule the job. Supplies and workers showed up on time and on schedule. I experienced prompt and high quality work that was completed in one day, including clean up. Thank you!

Scott took over from there and my experience was smooth and extremely professional from the first estimate through the final installation. Scott followed up throughout the project and even afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The overall experience could not have been better. First of all, I have the prettiest roof ever. Second, it is all thanks to All Roof Solutions. Prior to buying my home, William came out and inspected the roof, then told me about a great deal happening for shingles with a supplier that was looking to sell out of a particular style. I like saving money, and the shingles were pretty. We stayed in touch throughout the entire process of me buying the house, and the day I closed we scheduled my roof to be installed. The guys who came were polite, kind and one even helped me hook up my flatbed trailer so I could go get a washer and dryer. They went above and beyond for me, and they have made a customer for life.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone searching for an HONEST, quality roofer. They provided a solid quote, worked with me to get the best deal on shingles that were energy-star rated (even helped me find tax write-off information), and had a fantastic installation team. It is rare for me to do reviews like this, but I had to take time to rave and thank them. In particular, I highly recommend working with Brandon Ford. He, especially, worked tirelessly to help me (a single woman) navigate this process in a world I know NOTHING about--I never felt misled or deceived. I simply can't say the same about other companies I had come and quote me on this project who started tacking on all sorts of additional "must haves" that a friend who is a commercial builder noted as being "used car salesman" tactics and scams. Respect and care was all I got from the All Roof team. Thank you All Roof for treating me like a family member!
