She has fought so hard with me going up against the big State Farm Giant .. BUT WE WON!.Her tireless work on my case has been one of the most difficult challenging cases of their company's history! Seven different roofing companies gave up on me, she never did.After 3 years of fighting, emails going on answered, phone calls not being returned, five separate claim handlers, five separate shingle pulls, multiple itel reports, they would always come up with the same excuse that the roof does not need to be replaced.Madelin was an absolute bulldog and made State Farm stay in accordance with Tennessee law and proved that they were falsely denying my roof coverage. Not to mention 87 homes out of the 101 homes in my neighborhood have had a new roof due to the same damage I have received but the two homeowners that were denied in my neighborhood had State Farm...Kevin Garcia has been here with his crew since 7:00 a.m. it's going on 8:00 p.m. right now and this crew is just so impressive. It's a very well-oiled machine. They run very efficiently and are doing a fantastic job. Answering every question I have, found a couple extra things that needed to be took care of and they've gotten it all done.I could not be happier!
We just had repairs on our soffit, fascia, gutters, and window wrap. They got back to me very quickly after submitting a quote request. Peter was very professional and courteous through the whole process. Quote turnaround time was fast, 1-2 days. Great, frequent communication about work schedule. The team did fantastic, high quality work. One window was missed the first time but the team made sure to come back out and finish everything within a week. I highly recommend this company!
In August of 25 a tree fell on my storage shed. Farm Bureau recommended Best Brothers Roofing. I called and Peter Leyva came out that day and gave me an estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable. I selected them and was very glad I did. They told me when they could do the job and they came that day and promptly completed it in one day. I got a complete roof done. I have to give them an A+ on everything they did. Thank you Best Brothers.
My old gutters were always overflowing with a heavy rainfall,So I called Best Brothers to get a quote. They sent Peter out and he was super friendly! A new color wasn’t even on my radar, but he showed me a ton of color options to choose from, and I chose a cool new color to tie in with the siding.The price was very reasonable and also came with new gutter guard.The crew cleaned up around the house and were in and out in half a day. Very pleased with the service provided!Highly recommend!
Peter and his team did an excellent job on our rental property roof. When we later suspected a leak, they came back multiple times to inspect and re-inspect the area. They were patient, professional, and committed to helping us get clarity — even though we ultimately determined the issue wasn’t roof-related.They also helped us install trim to cover some damaged siding and added an elbow to part of our gutter system to improve drainage. Their responsiveness and dedication to quality really stood out.I highly recommend them.
