Bryant and his team just did our roof and I have to say I'm impressed, they did all of the flashing, even handled our 3 skylights and cleaned up great. I'm often curious to see such high reviews but these guys are legit. Despite all the best planning, there were a couple of obstacles to work through, but their professionalism and willingness to make things right and communicate was fantastic. I highly recommend, especially for such a big investment for our home.

Falcon Roofing (TN) was an excellent company to work with on our insurance claim and on the teardown and installation of larger 6-inch gutters. Bids for both projects were reasonable. Customer service received was superior from the owner and all company representatives. Staff were great to work with, knowledgeable and skilled. Our projects were completed sooner than anticipated.
I have had a random leak in my mud room for a couple years. I have had other roofers come out three times and they cannot find anything. My floor and patio doors were damaged by water and before I had new installed I wanted to get this leak fixed. I found Falcon Roofing on Google Maps and they had great reviews. Bryant came out and evaluated the leak and set up a tree to investigate and repair it. They did a great job and chased the water back to the siding on the second story. They repaired the water damaged wood and installed new flashing. Now I can install new flooring and doors without worrying about any leaks. Good work for a reasonable price. Thanks to Bryant and the Falcon Roofing crew for a great job. Highly recommend these folks!
I contacted Falcon Roofing based on reading a positive review online. They responded quickly and Bryant came by and gave us a fair estimate for a new roof. He was helpful and polite.They allowed me to go by the office and pick up color samples to take home in order to help us make a decision on shingle color. Kailey, who works in their office, was also helpful and police.Once we gave the go-ahead, they scheduled our new roof install to begin within the next week or so. We then received communication from Pedro, the project manager, a few days before the work would begin.Their crew showed up early in the morning and, WOW, talk about efficient! Their crew roofed our entire house, garage, front and back porches in about 4 1/2 hours! They cleaned up quickly and were gone before lunch!Everyone at Falcon Roofing was easy to work with, communicated well, and our roof looks great! I would also note there were no surprises in cost, timeline, or any other details. Everything they told us is exactly how it went. I would definitely recommend them!
