Jimmy Garland and his team did an excellent job at our parent’s home. Professional, on time and their attention to detail unmatched. I would highly recommend for all roofing needs.
Hired this company to inspect and repair an issue on my roof/gutter. Water was coming down under the gutters and dripping down onto the wall and porch. I called this company and another company for an estimate. Jimmy came out and discussed what needed to be done. His estimate was 25–30% higher than the other company, but I went with him because of all the good reviews online.After agreeing to the estimate, communication was poor, and I heard nothing for 3 weeks. After reaching out to Jimmy, I was told they were on it "ASAP". Still heard nothing, and my gut told me to go somewhere else, and I was about to contact the previous company, when I heard from Jimmy, who said he would be there the following week. The day of the repair, Jimmy contacted me and said he can't make it today, but tomorrow. No big deal. Tomorrow came, and the crew came out and started to do the repair. I met with Jimmy, who told me everything was fixed and sealed and the rest of the roof was inspected, all good. The following day it rained, and one section of my roof was no longer leaking, but the other section still was (showed Jimmy both spots that were leaking on original estimate inspection day).Contacted Jimmy, who said he didn't know about the other section, which was untrue. Jimmy then said a crew would be out to repair the remaining section. Then waited several more days for the "repair". A couple days after it rained, and water was still rolling down. Contacted Jimmy with a video message. They came back to "fix" the problem again, and after another rainy day it was still leaking, so I'm not sure what they did other than leave sharp pieces of aluminum and screws on my driveway and trash in my bushes. So after paying a nice chunk of change, and this company coming out to my residence several times, water is still flowing and I still have to contact a roofer to get this fixed.This company also uses cheap labor, not professionals . I would not recommend and am sorry I used them.
Jimmy and his team were incredible to work with! From the start, Jimmy went above and beyond. He noticed we had missing ridge caps. He replaced them before we even signed the contract! That is service you just don’t see much anymore. Once the project started, you could tell that the roof was going to be completely impenetrable from rain and snow. The team ensured every area was completely sealed. After multiple roof leaks, that’s what we wanted. Once the roof was completely installed, we were completely floored by how incredible it looked. The house looked like a brand new home! If anyone is needing to replace their roof, I cannot recommend Innovative enough. You will not be disappointed! To Jimmy and his team, thank you so very much!

He reviewed the scope of work with me, shared his input on the project, discussed options, and provided a quotation at a very reasonable price. When it came time to begin the work, the crew did a great job to get started on time and wrapped up in just two days. Everyone was helpful to answer any and all questions I had. I appreciated the opportunity to check-in on the work and provide input. I am pleased with the look and quality of final product, and our house is ready to weather storms for years to come.
Rocky and his team did a fantastic job on my roof repair! I had a prompt response from Innovative Roofing when I had a 5 inch hole punched through roof by a tree limb. High location and fairly steep roof. Very professional and quality job and can’t tell the the 4X8 section of roofing was replaced! Will contact for future needs and highly recommend.
