Rick and his team at In Awe roofing were great! I was referred to the company after we got an inspection on our house. Rick was very prompt with his response, when we reached out to the company. He came out to do his own inspection and was very helpful with his recommendations. Nicole, the administrator, was very courteous and prompt with her follow-ups and scheduling. Boris, their technician on-site, was very professional and thorough. Overall I was very happy with how they handled the repairs on the roof and other repairs with the exterior of our house.

We recently had our roof replaced by In Awe Roofing, and the results exceeded our expectations. Their team also installed a new skylight, seamlessly cutting through the roof, framing the attic, and finishing the interior with drywall — all with expert precision. The quality of workmanship and level of professionalism from start to finish was outstanding.

We have hired In Awe Roofing for two properties. Rick and his team did our first roof, gutter and fascia board in 2020 with great attention to details and we were very satisfied with the final result. So when we needed a roofer for a new property early 2025, we reached out to Rick again when he was out of town. While not sure if he could take on the project due to the short timeline we had, we also contacted another company. As soon as Rick was back home, Rick climbed up the roof and sent us detailed pictures that showed the conditions of the roof, despite the cold, windy weather. He then presented a thorough and reasonable quote. In contrast, another company also sent me their quote, but theirs was based on satellite pictures. So we decided to use Rick again and got another beautiful roof. Rick was quick to respond to questions and fix little things that we raised. Our thanks also go to Nicole for her great customer service and prompt communication.

Since my last review I contacted Rick from In Awe requesting his help in remedying a minor problem that had arisen, unrelated to the original installation. Rick was happy to help and had his technician on site within a week and the issue was resolved in 20 mins. I previously gave 5 stars for the installation and equally this service call deserves 5 stars. Again, I highly recommend In Awe Roofing for both new installations and service calls.

Without any hesitation, we would highly recommend In-Awe for re-roofing or service call. We received a quote for a re-roof from Rick in June 2017, however subsequently requested the job be pushed to June 2018. Despite a an increase in the cost of the materials, Rick kept to the quote and provided a very competitive price which included the manufacturer's warranty in addition to his own. He took time to meet with us on more than once occasion to answer all our questions and ensure we felt comfortable before we committed. The work crew were pleasant, hardworking and despite the debris that results from replacing a cedar shake roof, keep our property clean on a daily basis. After the work was completed (on time), Rick dealt with any deficiencies we brought to his attention, which were minor, promptly and without hesitation. I'm very confident in the integrity of our new roof and after 25 years, it has refreshed the look of our home. I can honestly say Rick and his team are one of the best, if not the best, contractor's we have worked with in maintaining our home over this period of time.
