Swiftroof.co hired our company out to assist in some work at a customers home in Goodrich. We originally started working with Dean. They were collecting her insurance money which means our contract was with Swiftroof.co not their client so our compensation would be paid by Swiftroof.co. We received our start pay (deposit), and we ordered our materials, and completed the work. Upon finishing the job Dean was invoiced for the remainder of our job cost on December 12th 2025 @ 3:02 pm. Dean completely stopped responding when he received our invoice. So our sales rep went to Jerry Imaly (December 31st) who is president/CEO through calls, and emails with no communication back on pay (he admitted to getting the invoice during our email correspondence). I personally reached out to Jerry on January 22nd of 2026 looking for a check number or if they would be calling to pay that over the phone along with an attached invoice. He responded to the email stating he would reach out to the customer, and I politely explained she holds no merit in this conversation since she's not who signed our contact, and of course no response. On January 26th I emailed him again stating it needs to be paid or we would seek legal action which he responded to stating it hadn't been 30 days since the invoice was sent (I forwarded him the email from our sales rep to Dean of our final invoice that was sent over 30 days prior). After I showed Jerry the president proof of the dates he agreed, and said it would be taken care of. He then contacted the home owner stating that she needed to pay our company the remaining balance; even though they're collecting her insurance money and that's what they were using to compensate us for her work. They still need to go out and finish her siding which they are not keeping in contact with her either (surprise). We expect customers to hold up their end of a contract just like I'm sure they do also, too bad we're going to have to take legal actions against another business.
We had a great experience with Swift roofing. We had hail damage to our roof and they dealt with our insurance company, to make sure the correct repairs were done. They got everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to come out and give you a free quote!
Our home was damaged by a severe hail storm - the roof, siding and gutters all needed to be replaced. The team at Swift Roof made the process of working with our insurance company, contractors and vendors as painless and efficient as possible. Work was done in phases with the roof being the first work completed, followed by the siding and gutters. Each project manager was communicative and insightful. When a problem was discovered, the team was quick to offer a resolution plan. Overall, very pleased with our experience working with Swift and the quality of the work. Would work with them again for our needs in the future and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors.
Swiftroof did a great job on our house. Professional teams completed a new roof after tear off. A full gutter and siding job. Separate projects, bith done with a timely, professional, clean, tidy and great looking finish. I was glad these were the folks taking care of my largest investment, my house. Highly recommended to anyone
Thank you, Swift Roof Co., for putting a new roof on my house and pole barn in one day! As a bonus, it only cost me my deductible! I was wondering if there was damage to the shingles from storms that had rolled through. Swift used a drone to inspect the roof and confirmed that there was. The drone inspection was FREE! From the beginning Swift managed everything with my house insurance including all the quotes, setting up appointments, and being on site when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the shingles. The only contact I had with my insurance company was on inspection day! Swift communicated with me via text, email, and phone calls. Questions and concerns were answered promptly. I was very impressed that Mike Riddle, VP of Claims Management & Business Development Specialist, came to my house to explain every step of the process. The crew placed tarps around the house and pole barn to catch any nails or debris. After completing it, they walked the perimeter with a heavy-duty magnet to locate any nails that escaped the tarp. I LOVE how it turned out!! I STRONGLY recommend Swift Roof Co. for their approachability, work ethic, reliability, and quality of work. The office staff, management, and working crew at Swift are a great company to deal with.
