Cortez Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof and gutter. I worked with Dennis, the young man who managed our project, he was amazing , super organized and on top of every detail. We just had Cortez Roofing replace our siding, fascias, and soffits. They did a fantastic job! We built the house in 2001 and the original composite siding had damage and rot in many areas. After doing some research we decided upon vinyl siding and steel trim on the fascias and soffits. The PlyGem products that Cortez supplied were highly rated. We ended up going with their carved wood double lap. It was a higher end product that did raise the cost a bit, along with our desire to go with a deep color. The crew was polite and talented and did great repair work before applying the siding. In all with no work on Sundays and a heavy rained out Monday, it took just over a week to complete. Fernando was great as the project lead and the crew cleaned up after each day's work. I'd highly recommend Cortez Roofing and the PlyGem siding that they provided.
