In Jim We Trust!We had about 4-5 trees come down during the storms in late March 2025. And of course the last tree fell on my roof and ruined it. Through the insurance claim, I met and started working with Jim. Let me tell you: he takes all the worry out of it. This was my first homeowner’s claim, and it was a doozy: water damage, ceiling/insulation demolition, and a new roof. I talked to Jim at the beginning of it all, and no questions were asked; he had a crew out there to tarp up where they could quicker than I could say “Help!” Jim went above and beyond for my family; honestly it shocked me how kind, understanding, patient, and determined he was throughout this whole process. Ivan and his crew came out on a weekend (typically off on weekends), and got my new awesome roof put on. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.If there’s one thing you remember from my review, it should be this: if you’re in a crisis like I was or it’s just time for a new roof, look no further. Jim at Central AR roofing is extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. On two separate occasions had two different issues arise from what another contractor did wrong previously which caused a serious roof leak and extremely poor ventilation in the attic causing the house to be hotter that it was supposed to be. Jim got people out very quickly that were able to identify the causes of both problems and get them fixed correctly. I would definitely recommend Jim and Central AR Roofing and will use them again in the future if needed.for any roofing needs.

Troy and his team went through great lengths to make sure I was taken care of when it came time to fix the hail damage to my roof. The storm destroyed my entire roof and his team not only fixed it better than it was done during the original build, but did it very timely. The look of the roof is a huge improvement from what it originally was. Troy has been on the ball responding to every question I had.
