Deluxe Los Altos Roofing

We hired Cesar to replace our roof and gutters after storm damage, and the whole roofing process was handled very well. There were a lot of moving parts with the insurance claim and the home sale near the end, but Cesar stayed on top of everything and kept us informed at every step. He answered all of our questions clearly, was quick to respond, and remained friendly and professional the entire time. The new roof and gutter work came out great, and both we and the buyer were very happy with the final result. It was a smooth experience from inspection to completion, and I would highly recommend this roofing team for roof replacement and related exterior work.

Deluxe Los Altos Roofing replaced our roof in Los Altos and did an excellent job from start to finish. They showed up early in the morning and worked efficiently through the day to complete the project. Our home is not very large, but the roof has several angles and a valley, so it needed careful roofing work and attention to detail. The crew replaced a section of damaged plywood that had split over time and fixed a larger nail-down issue where we had raised spots in the roof. They also added a much-needed rain guard to a rear gutter area that is hard for us to access. Austin was there early to get everything organized, and Cesar led the crew and kept us informed during the job with clear updates on the work and what they found. Everyone was professional, easy to work with, and very skilled. The whole roofing project felt efficient, thorough, and well managed. They protected the house, landscaping, and plants with coverings before starting, and the cleanup afterward was outstanding. All debris was hauled away, and the yard looked neat when they finished. We also appreciated the helpful communication during the planning process and throughout the installation. The office team was very responsive with paperwork and scheduling, and the finished roof looks great. We highly recommend this team for any roof replacement or related roofing work in Los Altos.

Deluxe Los Altos Roofing gave our older tile roof a very detailed inspection and a clear fixed price for both the inspection and the repair of common roofing issues. The scope of work included lifting and resetting tiles in the valleys, along the roof edge, around the chimney, skylights, and roof vents so the problem areas could be properly checked and repaired. They replaced worn flashing where needed, fixed damaged roof decking near the chimney, and swapped out broken tiles as part of the service. Austin and Cesar also repaired edge rafters and fascia area plywood for an agreed additional cost, which helped strengthen the roof line and improve the overall condition of the system. Throughout the job, they kept me updated and shared photo documentation showing the trouble spots and the completed roofing repairs, which made the whole process easy to understand. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and stayed very organized even during warm Los Altos weather. Communication was simple and convenient through text messages, with estimates, progress photos, and the final receipt all sent clearly. The documentation was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any residential roofing work, especially for tile roof repair, flashing replacement, leak-prone areas, and general roof maintenance.
