JP Dean was excellent person to work with to replace my roof and gutters. He kept in contact. He was heard when he said he would be. The crew who did the work cleaned up after and were polite and as quiet at you can be doing that kind of work. They were careful with my plants and decorations outside. After completion of the installation of my new roof, I was asked to write a review of my experience with MD Roofing. I have absolutely no reservations in doing so!

While observing the talented MD crew install a new roof on my neighbors’ home, I approached Zack (project manager and salesperson) and inquired about the possibility of MD installing my new roof at a future time. My home was a few doors down from this property. He ensured his crew needed no immediate attention from him and came to my yard to review the needs of my new roof. He produced marketing materials and his card and stated he would be very happy to assist us! He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and capable, like his crew. Clearly, as a leader of the project he projected these traits to his crew. I asked if I could communicate with me via text as I am unable to communicate on a phone due to a severe hearing disability. He graciously agreed to do so.

As soon as we chose our desired product from the marketing brochure, Zack came to our home to calculate our square footage et al with his drone. Shortly thereafter he produced an acceptable quote. After observing Zack and his crew of nine men, I understand why the quote was very reasonable and fair. I was not charged for unnecessary labor on my job. This crew worked tirelessly from 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM to ensure my new roof was fully installed and my property was completely clean before sundown (they took a precise half hour lunch, not 5 minutes more). Clearly, uninstalling an old roof and installing a new one is not an easy task on nearly the shortest day of the year.

As soon as the crew arrived, they immediately unloaded their equipment and went to work! Not one stood around on a phone or just observing another crew member. Each and every one of them contributed equally in the task at hand. After departure, we inspected our property. There was not a single used nail or waste roof material in my yard albeit an extremely windy day. In addition to installing a new roof the crew observed that I had two areas on my sub roof that needed attention prior to applying the new products on the roof. They installed new sheathing to these areas and ensured the new sheathing would never leak. This crew was extremely respectful of us and our property and went the extra mile to ensure our roof was safe from future harm, surely difficult to experience in these times.

Lastly, we are extremely happy with the end result and have no negative feelings at all in choosing MD Roofing to complete our installation. It is a beautiful architectural shingled roof as you can see from the photo. And the installation team, led by Zack, were absolutely efficient and capable. If I ever needed another roof or an additional roof on another structure, I would not second guess choosing MD Roofing, Zack and his crew for installation.

Cody Cash was easy to work with regarding my 2 roofs on 2 separate houses replaced with MD Roofing. Cody was prompt in answering all questions regardless how big or small. Also, nothing was hidden and all upfront .. work was done quick and efficiently.. My roof is now over 1 year out and still looks great with no leaks through the many rain storms over the summer months. I would highly recommend this company.
